Alan C I love this practice because the staff is absolutely friendly, and Dr. Daboul is always there to answer any questions and is very willing to go the extra mile for you as an individual, and sees you as a person, and is willing to help you with any needs that you have. I wanted to get my teeth to become perfect, per se, and I wanted them to really become what I want myself to portray. I want my teeth to be as very well tight, nice, clean, white as possible because that's how I wanna carry myself, and that's how I want, seeing it's the first impression people see, I want that to be a good impression. When I had gaps in my teeth, and I was worried that that could set me apart, especially when taking photos for graduations and et cetera, I wanted to make sure that my smile stood out, and so that's where I sought out orthodontics. It was painless, it was smooth, and if I had any questions, I felt comfortable calling and asking and making the additional appointment. It was a very smooth process. Smooth is the best word I could say 'cause there was no hiccups. There was nothing. Everything happened the way it was supposed to happen, and it worked out very well, if I say so myself. At North Oaks Dental, you will expect friendliness and quality treatment and service. They put you as a priority over all the other work they're doing. They're more than willing to put their stuff down to help you, to help get you in your tip-top shape, and get your teeth cleaned, fixed, altered, any way in shape, form. They're more than willing to put you first and be very personable with you and create a relationship with you here at North Oaks Dental.

Danny M Well, yeah. I never had braces growing up unfortunately. So I knew as I got older that I have to fix this, because all my friends had nice teeth and I needed to fix my smile up too. And I started caring a lot more about my dental health. Just from there I kind of started seeing that it's time for me to finally take action and even though I'm a little older, I was 22 at the time, I just felt like it was the right time. And I did that and looking back on it now, I'm just so happy that I did, because it gives me more confidence now. I have a nicer smile and you know, my teeth look like the way they should and it's just healthier too. I felt at home here and this was the place I wanted to be. Dr. Essayan was my orthodontist and he was just such a knowledgeable guy and I just knew that he was the one that was going to help get me to where I want to be. I don't really always feel like I'm in a dentist's office or something, I'm just here with like friends, I guess you'd say. He just let me know from the beginning he wasn't out there just to get another customer, he was very open and honest. He cared more about being real and honest with me than anything and I really respected that. North Oaks Dental is definitely the place to be. It's very open, it's very honest and they're very loyal to their customers. And I have honestly recommended all of my friends, not just some of them, all my friends. Even if it's not for braces, just for a cleaning. [inaudible 00:01:19] I always recommend this location specifically, because they are great here and I cannot recommend them enough. If I had to do it all over again, I would 100% come back here and do it all over again.

Chris D I love coming to this particular practice because they're very professional here and I like the way that they treated me during my procedure. It felt very safe here so I really like that aspect. I had a tooth that was fused to my jaw which was, I guess, they haven't really heard of that before. There's not many cases of that, so they took that out and I was able to get an implant in, and it pretty much saved the whole bottom part of my mouth because if I wouldn't have done that all the teeth would have just started growing in together and it would have been bad. So coming here, getting an implant done, that was very helpful for my smile. It went a lot smoother than I thought. When I first got in, you know, I was pretty nervous but again, here's another reason why I say that I feel very safe coming here is because I was very nervous before the surgery or the implant, and you know, the doctor came in and he used a very calm voice, and he was, you know, able to give me pain medicine and just explain the whole process to me so that I kind of knew what I was going to be going through. The doctors seem like they care, and the staff is very professional. I like that. It makes me feel, again, it makes me feel safe. It makes me want to come here.

Adam D I didn't see a dentist for a long time, kind of neglected my teeth for a big part of my life and they were good with kind of coming up with like a plan. You need to do A, B, C and D and that'll get you on track. Then I got a real bad toothache on a Sunday and the choice was an emergency room or come here. I ended up coming here and I was very happy they were open and available on a Sunday. Team's experienced and I'm comfortable working with them.Yeah I would just say for me it's convenience of where it is and again staff is very nice and doctors seem to do a good job and know what they're doing.

Brie H I came to Dr. Daboul, and I just immediately felt that connection that I had with my dentist over all those years, that just really intimate atmosphere of the dentist office. You feel like everyone knows you from the second you walk in the door. And so I was really happy with the switch. Dr. Daboul is amazing with my daughter. He is just so gentle with her, and is always joking with her, and really has a connection with the young kids. My daughter's four and a half, and she's been coming with me since she was two and half. She has had a couple of appointments of just her own for teeth cleanings. And he just is really at ease with her. You can tell he has kids, and he's a dad himself. And he gets her involved also. He lets her handle the tools safely, but she likes doing that, you know, pretend like she's cleaning mom's teeth, too. I love coming here, because everyone's just so friendly, and it really feels like a family here. They're excited to see us when we come. I usually come with my daughter. We have appointments back to back. And so it's just, the kids love it here. My son will be having his first appointment soon, but he's been coming with us to see what the dentist is all about. So it's just a fun place, friendly people.

Albert C North Oaks Dental is a family place. I'm a family man. I have four children, and Dr. Daboul treats everybody like family. And you see the staff here, and they're fantastic. They're very polite and professional, and they actually treat you like family. So it's a nice feeling when you come in, especially when it's a dentist and orthodontist business, that you want to come in, you want to be comfortable and be treated in a nice relaxing manner, and that's one thing that they have down pat. Initially when they first opened up, we live in the neighborhood, and my wife are very active in the city of Royal Oak, as well. We saw that the practice was coming, so we were curious. We were satisfied with our current dentist, but not 100%. I called up and I just wanted to find out a little bit more information about the dentist that was here. I met with Dr. Daboul before I even made an appointment, and he made time for me. We sat and chat, and as soon as you started talking to him, again, he has a gift when it comes to people. And it's a passion. I truly believe that he has a passion for his occupation. We all agree. There's six of us that all agree 100% that this is our place that we need to come for something so important with teeth. My wife and I both agree that teeth are very important, especially for our four sons. And when we come here, we know we're taken care of. We're treated like family, and even down to some of the service that I've received specifically, Dr. Daboul's actually called me after hours to check on me. You don't get that in many practices, especially with dentists and stuff. And just to see how I'm doing and how I'm feeling.

Aaron L North Oaks Dental is fantastic. They always make me feel really comfortable. The receptionists are super friendly, they always ar very welcoming, always remind me when I need to come to appointments. Dr. Daboul always takes care of me, makes me feel really comfortable with all the work that I needed to get done on this guy here. You know what i really like about this practice is that they really care about me and they want to make sure I'm comfortable and I'm not in pain and they're always kind of checking in on you. They make you comfortable with music in the room for you. They ask you what kind of music you would like to listen to, which makes it always a little more comfortable. Then they always are kind of just go above and beyond making sure that I know when I'm supposed to be here or just things like that. I was having some pain, some oral pain in my mouth and they were able to just kind of diagnose what was the issue, the trouble issues. They were able to kind of walk me through step by step and kind of the plan and place and they were able to lay it out solid for me where I was able to kind of chip away the things I needed to get done. Then really explaining the impact of the issues how they can worsen and they help me realize the importance of the steps that we had to make sure that my oral health was better. They really do a good job of explaining and laying a timeline out for improvement with that. Go see all the friendly faces at North Oaks Dental. They'll take care of you and make you feel comfortable. That's all I could ask out of a dentist.

Shubha H I love Dr. Daboul. My husband makes fun of me and he says I'm always here, which I am because within this line you have to come into the office a lot. I've never had a bad experience with a dentist, but I looked around when I was going dentist-to-dentist. I just didn’t feel 100% comfortable with anybody, but Dr. Daboul is awesome. He will answer any question you might have, and he also just takes the time to explain exactly what he's going to be doing so you feel really comfortable, you really understand what's going to happen and what the process is going to be like before you even get started. It really seems like he tries to keep things updated. He always will tell me about, "I went to this conference or I learned more about this." I think they take the time to really make sure that they're keeping up with all the changes and I'm sure there's a lot of them just like in any field.
