So, companies like Smile Direct that try to make it convenient for the patient to, you know, affordably get a final product on paper sounded great until they weren’t so great and they left a lot of patients hanging. What we have been doing for the last 12 years, 13 years, is we’ve established a community of patients that trust us, that come to us, that understand we’ve been there for them for 13 years and plan on being there for another 100 if we can. With that being said, those patients that were neglected by certain companies that went out of business, we have been able to help them and actually accommodate, you know, their not just from finishing a case standpoint, but also helping them financially because that was the whole point of, you know, maybe taking a shortcut and trying to get it a little bit cheaper.
We recognize that some people have paid for a service that left them and it’s not fair to them. So, we have a deal with Invisalign to be able to get the cases finished for them at a more affordable price.
