Time to Work on Your Flossing Technique

Flossing teeth every day is one of the cornerstones of good dental health. It helps prevent tooth decay and gum disease (periodontitis) too.

 

Problem is, it’s easy to make excuses to leave flossing out of your oral hygiene routine. Excuses like: it takes too long or I don’t really need to do it. We suspect some people – and maybe you’re one of them – don’t do it because of issues with their flossing technique. Flossing can seem tricky, especially at first.
