T3 Training offers premier personal training and group training focusing on functional and strength training, conditioning, mobility, and nutrition. We keep our classes small, so you feel prioritized by trainers and motivated to hit your fitness goals. Our trainers specialize in modification and form, so workouts can be accommodated to meet all fitness levels and ages. We are offering the first four classes for free for all new clients.
