We have an amazing team that’s been with me for a very long time. We set goals as far as creating patient care for every single patient that comes in. We get feedback from our patients. We work together. We’re always looking for new ways to give a good experience for our patients. Not just quality of dentistry. That’s a given. You know, we’ve got the latest technologies with CBCT scans and digital scanners. We’ve got great communication in our office with our staff. So everybody’s always communicating, staying on the same page, which creates a great culture here to work in, which creates a great experience for the patient. We want to build a partnership with our team and with our patients.
In order to do that, you know, we have a set of ethics here and it’s always to be communicating in a positive manner. It’s always to be finding solutions to problems. It’s always to be working as a team. It’s always to be going out of your way to do whatever you can to provide the best patient care.
