Snap on Smiles 2 - Royal Oak, MI | North Oaks Dental

Orthodontic treatments can be a major investment. Sometimes people look at the price are are scared off. Though our Royal Oak MI dental office sees the value of such treatments, we understand the hesitation.

We’re offering patients $1,000 off their braces PLUS a free consultation. So, here’s the deal … you can come to office for nothing and see exactly how braces can change your smile. We’re confident that you’ll be amazed at how we can transform your smile. You can start that treatment by calling our office today at 248-712-1522 to book that FREE consultation.

At North Oaks Dental, we offer two types of orthodontic procedures: traditional braces and Invisalign. Traditional braces are great for children and adults struggling from moderate to severe orthodontic issues. Invisalign is ideal for patients with more mild orthodontic issues or those who don’t want to deal with the hassle of metal braces.  After a short consultation, our board-certified orthodontics can quickly tell you exactly what is best for your smile.

What Braces Do For Your Smile

Braces remain as the gold standard of treatment for crooked teeth, alignment issues, or bite problems. Traditional braces can correct even the most severe alignment issues or even jaw issues. We can make radical moves with braces, and the treatment is incredibly predictable. Here are a few of the highlights or traditional orthodontics:

  • Correcting crooked teeth
  • Fixing gaps in the smile
  • Giving you a better bite
  • Relieving jaw pressure or morning headaches
  • Give you more confidence in your smile

We recommend that parents bring their children in for an orthodontic evaluation around the age of 7. This gives us a chance to correct orthodontic issues early in the child’s life. We can even provide treatments to manipulate healthy, straight development of permanent teeth. With children or young pre-teens, we often recommend braces for orthodontic treatment. For one, the treatment is more precise (because the brackets and wires are fixed and not removable) and can correct major issues.

Why People Choose Invisalign

Invisalign is a leading orthodontic treatment that can give you a straighter, better smile in about half the time of traditional orthodontics. You’ll never need wires or brackets on your teeth. Invisalign has become a popular alternative to braces over the years, as we’re using the most elite technology to plan and implement your Invisalign treatment. It can be used to treat mild to moderate orthodontic issues like:

  • Gapped teeth
  • Crooked teeth
  • Mild bite issues

What makes Invisalign so unique is that the system does not need metal brackets or wires … in fact, it doesn’t use any metal at all. During the entire course of treatment, you’ll wear custom plastic aligners to gradually straighten your teeth. The aligners are clear so the treatment is subtle. Additionally, you can remove the appliances whenever you want for better eating and brushing. Just be sure to wear the aligners for at least 20 hours every day to keep your treatment on track.

Whether you have a few mildly crooked teeth or have dealt with a lifetime of orthodontic issues, you can find the treatment you need in our office. Come meet with one of our board-certified orthodontists. Give us a call at 248-712-1522 to schedule your consultation. Remember, consultations for traditional braces are free.
